Multi-level marketing (MLM), is a form of Network Marketing (however the terms are often used interchangeably). It is a marketing strategy that compensates promoters of direct selling companies not only for product sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they introduced to the company.

Without a fall, there is no redemption…but with out my own downward spiral I wouldn’t be the man I am today. I can say that now that I have long since cleaned up my life and decided to change. To live the remainder of my life repairing the damage that I have done in the past and by giving back to others. By living my life unselfishly. A few short years ago, I could barely see any light at the end of the tunnel.

I had lived a life driven by a burning desire for financial success since I was young, and with hard work and some gifts that I now know came from a Higher Power, I achieved that success. I once had it all… Or thought I did. Rather than enjoy my triumph with humility, I let addictions consume me. I had a covert life in the fast lane of stardom, cocaine and alcohol. When things went south (as they always do in that life), I lied, cheated and stole. Forgetting the principles I had learned as a child. I was in complete self-delusion typical of those who are in the midst of their addiction, and blind to how sick I really was… My will nearly broke me.

But I survived. I finally got some help. Finding a Power greater than myself with the help of others… Saved my life.

As a recovered alcoholic and cocaine addict, I’ve been given a second chance at life. As a result of this change of heart, and with some help, I have been Blessed with new opportunities to utilize my gifts in a more productive manner. This time, I am determined to serve the needs of others, not just myself…

Hong Kong is one of the world’s leading financial centres. A central hub to international finance and trade in Asia and home to many corporate headquarters in Asia Pacific. The set up of a company in Hong Kong is quick simple and easy.

1. Easy of Set up
A company needs 1 director, 1 share holder and they can be the same person. Your company needs to issue 1 share of 1 HK dollar = 12 US cents. You need a Hong Kong resident as company secretary and a local Hong Kong address as your registered office. You can be fully activated and ready for business in 1 week.

2. Easy of Administration
A simple annual return and a simple tax return 18 months after incorporation is required. The tax return must be supported by auditors and prepared to international accounting standards.

3. Ease of operating a company in HK
Hong Kong offers a simple employee friendly legislation. Companies need a joiner’s form, a leaver’s form and a year end return. People do not need to deduct tax from employees and they will do this individually at the year end. A simple single social security scheme is in place and is called an MPF. The MPF operates at a fixed percentage deduction.

The Mobile research firm Flurry this week estimated that the Nexus One, failed to have a strong debut, despite all the buzz that surrounded its announcement. The 20,000 week one sales fell far behind Apples iPhone which sold an estimated 1.6 million 3GS handsets in June. However, Apple’s iPhone handset was a third-generation product selling in eight countries, while the Nexus One was a first-generation handset on sale in just the U.S.

With that said, the Android myTouch 3G and Motorola Droid were also first-generation hadsets with U.S.-only launches, and both had sales much stronger than the Nexus One. The myTouch 3G sold over 60,000 in its first week, while the Motorola Droid sold over 250,000 units.

When you want to create a more polished look and show off the latest Ugg footwear, pair your Ugg boots or shoes with a pair of dark-colored leggings – the color combinations are endless, allowing you to transition your ensemble effortlessly from office casual to a low-key evening on the town.

Ugg boots have been what appears to be a fashion must-have for all seasons, including steaming hot summers and rainy springs, for the past several years. They like to sport designer clothes and shoes so that they look smart. There are others who put more emphasis on comfort and functionality though. The Ugg boots and classic Uggs are perfect for these people.

Ranging in size, shape, color and fabric, consumers have seemingly limitless options when it comes to wearing the Australian brand’s merchandise. Ugg Matala Sandal (do they serve any purpose on a beach other than getting destroyed?), short, tall, and medium sized boots, and even slippers range in price between $80 and $200, roughly. It makes one wonder what the average teenage girl’s typical shoe collection costs.

When was the last time that a shoe made such an impact on a culture? Those who saw the Sex and the City movie remember Carrie’s engagement shoe closet and her obsession with designer shoes. You Tube’s “Shoe” video caused an underground sensation. Nike’s Air Force Ones even had a song devoted to them. And now Uggs are with us, and will continue to stay with us for what seems like a long time. The Ugg Australia designers have a good thing going for them; hopefully they can keep it up.

What is it about Ugg boots that makes them so appealing to men – and especially women – throughout the United States and other developed countries? It is the soft, fluffy interior? Is the warmth that envelope the foot as it is hugged by the innovative combination of authentic and synthetic materials? Or could it be the upscale boohoo look that celebrities like Mary Kate Olsen have worn to excess, resulting in fanatical fashionista? Whatever the reason, one thing is for sure: Ugg boots are continuing to invade school campuses.

As you can see, there’s really no wrong or right way to wear your Ugg shoes – from sporty and casual to sleek and chic, you can pair these versatile boots and shoes with nearly any ensemble. Available in a variety of colors, styles and materials, Ugg Australia offers a great selection of stylish Ugg shoes for women and children – with so many to choose from, there’s a perfect pair to complement your personal taste. Fashionable and functional, they’re also a great way to keep warm and comfy while still looking trendy – what’s your Ugg style?
Its most common use is mostly appreciated as jewelry, a personal garment aside from its main function. For men and women alike, they can both wear their fake watches appropriately for rugged, casual and sport attire. Sports and diver’s watches among men are can be costly.

Furthermore, women use faceted gemstones either in gold or silver bracelets aside from the ones who have a leather strap. Some people just can’t work without wearing it. In fact, some of the movie starts and even working professionals buy different types of replica Rolex watches just to add it up to their growing collection rather than just a simple time keeping watch.

Fashion conscious people do not mind splurging cash for the sake of having one. In addition to a seemingly computerized audemars piguet replica another type is built in for space travel. This kind of watch conforms to the zero gravity location. Taking history into account, Yuri Gagarin

wore a specific wristwatch on his first air travel in space.
Most of people looking for fake watches come online to find the best quality replica watches. There is something about the Cartier Replica that keeps people talking about them forever.
After having heard about the quality of the omega seamaster online and having seen it for themselves, they have understood that they would be missing on something great if they did not purchase Replica Cartier online.

Aspects are an important part of modern astrology. As the planets move in their elongated orbits around the Sun, they form various angular relationships with one another, using the Sun (or Earth) as the center. These are called Aspects. The most popular aspects result from dividing the circle by numbers like 1,2,3,4, resulting in aspects such as the conjunction (0 degrees), opposition (180 degrees), trine (120 degrees), square (90 degrees), and so forth. When two planets form an aspect with one another, their energies and natures are said to combine and work in harmony or discord. For example, when two planets are exactly on opposite sides of the Sun (earth), they are in opposition.

The most popular aspects can be divided into three main categories:

1…Emphatic aspects…The emphatic aspects are those that emphasize or align two planetary energies with one another. Conjunction (0 degrees) …two planets at the same point in the zodiac are said to be in conjunctions. Their natures are fused or blended into one…..Opposition (180 degrees) ..two planets at opposite sides of the zodiac. The energies are in alignment with each other. They can pull together or apart, depending upon the nature of the planets involved.

2…Hard aspects…square (90 degrees) and semi-square (45 degrees). These represent challenge, obstacles, and substance. They provide meat and potatoes in our life. Too many can block or obstruct the life flow, yet too few can cause life to be weak or thin.

3…Soft aspects…trine (120 degrees) and sextile (60 degrees). The soft aspects bring ease, clarity, and vision to our lives. We can see, grasp, and understand what is happening. To few of the soft aspects means we don’t know what we are doing or what is happening in our lives, while too many soft aspects make for a life that runs cool, is overly mental, and lacking in substance.

Exact aspects and aspect’s ‘orbs’. Aspects between planets gradually form, become exact and separate.
When an aspect is exact, it has its greatest impact. Yet, the effect of most aspects can be felt for some time before and after the moment when it is exact. The range within which an aspect is in operation is called its ‘orb of influence’, or simply its orb. An orb of one or two degrees of arc on either side of the exact aspect is considered a close or tight orb, while an orb of 10 degrees is loose.

Also worthy of consideration when looking at aspects are the planets involved. Aspects to the Sun and Moon are most important, followed by the planetary aspects involving Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. If your natal chart has an accurate birth time, then aspects to the chart angles (ascendant and midheaven) are also important. The particular combination can make a difference. Aspects between planets such as Saturn and Mars are obviously more potentially explosive then the same aspect between Venus and Jupiter.

By Jim Sherman

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is a signaling protocol for establishing sessions in an IP network. But if you are like most of us, that means nothing to you. In layman’s terms, SIP is a method by which various computers can talk to one another so that they can complete voice calls. The protocol is increasingly being adopted as the standard means by which computers communicate to facilitate VoIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol. So you can imagine SIP as a common language for new generation operators to speak to connect calls. However, there are no operators there is only your computer (or other hardware) and that of the person you are speaking with. That brings this introduction to some of the many benefits of SIP communication.

The goal of SIP was to provide users with many of the functions and features they typically expect with making phone calls, such as familiar rings, hearing the ring back tone when a call is placed, and the process of dialing a number. SIP goes beyond this however, also implementing a number of advanced features. Despite its’ convenient interface that mirrors that of a typical telephone call, SIP is based on an internet protocol rather than that of the telephone industry. Because of this, SIP is able to work seamlessly alongside other internet based protocols. This has allowed the technology to uniquely establish a user location, meaning that you can tell the IP address or “location” from which a person is making a call, something vital for offering emergency services. It also allows for coordination amongst the various participants in deciding upon what call features will be supported, as well as providing the protocol for call management which allows for adding, dropping, or transferring call participants.

One of the most exceptional benefits of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is its application with Private Branch Exchange (PBX). A private branch exchange is a private telephone network used within an enterprise in which users share a certain number of outside lines for external telephone calls. This provides a significant cost savings to the company because it allows companies to quickly and easily make calls within their institution, as well as save by limiting the number of external phone lines that must be maintained. SIP can extend these cost savings dramatically by offering users free long distance calls worldwide. Once again, because SIP is internet based rather than running over traditional telephone lines, the cost of call transmission are as cheap as say sending an e-mail, that is to say, Free! While PBX is already an efficient use of office resources incorporating SIP into a PBX means taking such savings and capabilities to a new level. Incorporating SIP gives users’ access to free interoffice communications, long distance calls, as well as huge savings in setup and transaction costs. These transaction cost savings are due to the fact that SIP is based on internet protocol allowing for the ability to physically move phones without any need for rewiring or new setup costs. Because that the system is peer-to-peer rather than cog and wheel like hardwired telephony means that there is no complicated setup necessary, but rather users can simply plug the phone into any available broadband connection and without the need for any complicated hardware or software, calls are ready to be made and received.

This brings us to what is potentially the greatest savings that SIP provides. We all hate to have to pay $2.00 for making a simple local call from a hotel room. But for those of us that have had to pay exorbitant long-distance charges from hotels, the level of angst felt reaches new heights. Add to this the fact that often companies require conference calling for their employees, a service that hotels are all too happy to charge a high premium to provide. For companies that have a lot of their employees traveling or practicing in various locales, the overhead costs of making such calls can really put a damper on year end profits. SIP offers a solution to hotel bills, and for that matter all telephone bills whatsoever. Just as sending an e-mail is free whether you are sending that e-mail to a person across the street or around the world, so making a call using SIP from any locale to any other locale in the world is free. All that is needed is a broadband connection. And just as one can send an email from wherever the internet can be accessed, SIP users can make their free calls from the office, the home, or even (gasp) the hotel room. Not to mention the huge savings in regular long-distance charges, the simple fact that long distance and local calls can be made for free from hotel rooms (most of which offer complimentary broadband service) is an enormous long-term cost savings. But add to this the fact that conference calls are available at no additional cost, which can be explained by following the principle that sending an e-mail to many individuals at the same time is just as cheap as one to one communication. Altogether these savings mean that companies who have in the past been laden with high local and long distance phone bills will be able to have their employees keep in close communication no matter their location for free.

SIP goes beyond this, however. Because SIP uses peer-to-peer connections there are no extra costs for having hundreds or even thousands of employees making SIP calls whereas the management costs for such a system under traditional telephony would be astronomical. This is never the case with PBXs that utilize SIP in a peer to peer connection format, however, where structural costs do not increase as your business grows and your usage of the PBX increases.

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) offers customers of traditional telephony fantastic cost savings, the flexibility to make free calls from anywhere in the world at any time, and the ability to expand a PBX system with no setup costs. Because there is no complicated hardware or software necessary to setup SIP in a PBX, implementing the technology is as simple as having access via broadband to the internet. Due to these benefits as well as innumerable others, expanded use of SIP in PBX and in a variety of other settings is simply a matter of expanded customer exposure to the possibilities of SIP.
